Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager leads the Training Department within the Human Resources function of Nassau Flight Services. This role ensures that all operational and support staff are qualified, safe, and compliant with company, airline, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and record all training activities for ground handling operations.
• Collaborate with department leaders to standardize procedures, evaluate training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor trainers and supervisors, manage onboarding programs, and coordinate with external training providers as needed.

Required profile

• Experience designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development and instructional design.
• Knowledge of aviation ground handling, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Proven organizational skills for scheduling, record‑keeping, and tracking certifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
