Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor

About the role

Brickell Management Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics coordination across the Group. The ideal candidate is a dependable, detail-oriented and proactive professional who can lead independently in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, warehouse personnel and inventory activities.
• Oversee receiving, storage, stock movement, dispatch and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and carry out regular stock counts and audits.
• Coordinate material allocation and deliveries across business units and project sites.
• Maintain warehouse organization, storage efficiency, stock security and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare operational reports and work with Procurement, Logistics, Finance and other departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations, inventory management or logistics.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience in automotive, construction materials, distribution or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
