About the role

Join RelaxAway on Half Moon Cay to lead guests on unforgettable horseback riding adventures across the island’s scenic trails and even into the ocean. As a Tour Guide you will ensure safety, share knowledge about the horses and terrain, and create a fun atmosphere for riders of all skill levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled tours, greet guests, and follow the provided script.
• Provide clear riding instructions, safety briefings, and engaging commentary.
• Monitor guest participation, answer questions, and collect satisfaction surveys.
• Inspect and maintain all tour equipment before each use.
• Report damaged or missing equipment to management.
• Uphold safety and environmental policies, identifying hazards promptly.
• Assist with beach or activity area setup and support teammates during busy periods.

Required profile

• Basic education or equivalent experience; hospitality education is a plus.
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Proficient in English with strong verbal communication.
• Physically fit: able to lift 10 lb, stand/walk on sand for long periods, ride a bike, operate a kayak, handle live animals, and work in sun without motion sickness.
