Sales Manager – Travel & Luxury Transportation

About the role

Simon’s Transports Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive growth in the travel, tourism, hospitality and luxury transportation sectors. You will be responsible for building long‑term client relationships and expanding our market presence across the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in travel, tourism, hospitality, corporate, cruise and events markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, resorts, travel advisors, concierge teams, corporate clients, cruise partners and event planners.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and partnership offers.
• Negotiate contracts, rates and partnership agreements.
• Provide regular performance reports and market insights.
• Collaborate with Operations and Dispatch to ensure service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, transportation or luxury services is preferred.
• Strong prospecting, relationship‑building, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and results‑driven.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
