Senior Audit Professional – Banking & Capital Markets (FSO)

About the role

EY’s Financial Services Office (FSO) is seeking a Senior Audit professional to join its Banking & Capital Markets team. You will work with multidisciplinary teams across the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands, delivering assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of audit professionals across multiple projects.
• Perform complex audit procedures and develop client‑focused audit strategies.
• Engage directly with clients to understand reporting requirements and provide insightful recommendations.
• Identify potential risks, propose process improvements and support new business development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a trusted advisory role.

Required profile

• Proven experience in audit, preferably within banking, capital markets or related financial services.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop junior team members.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high‑quality results.
