Client Credit Associate – Bahamas (Nassau, Exuma, Eleuthera)

About the role

Fidelity Bank is seeking a motivated Client Credit Associate to drive loan sales and provide exceptional customer service across Nassau, Exuma and Eleuthera. You will source new loan customers, prepare applications and ensure timely disbursement of approved credit.

Key responsibilities

• Actively solicit and engage new loan customers through meetings and outreach.
• Prepare and submit applications for loans, overdrafts and credit cards.
• Manage renewal of existing credit facilities and restructure past‑due loans.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and prepare required reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Minimum five years experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and preparing credit applications.
