Client Serving Associate – Financial Services Office (Bahamas/Cayman Islands)

About the role

EY is looking for a Client Serving Associate to join its Financial Services Office (FSO) in the Bahamas or Cayman Islands. The associate will act as the audit team liaison for a large portfolio of clients, coordinating engagements across EY’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 300+ audit engagements while meeting all regulatory deadlines.
• Set up new clients by collecting required documentation and maintaining accurate client records.
• Maintain existing client relationships, process requests, resolve inquiries, and keep key information up to date.
• Coordinate audit engagements between the BBC region and other EY offices.
• File returns electronically with local regulatory authorities.
• Archive audit engagement files and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate daily with other EY offices and build effective relationships with client‑serving teams and senior executives.
• Support administrative tasks such as billing, cash collections, and work‑log maintenance for the engagement portfolio.

Required profile

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum of two years relevant administrative or audit‑support experience.
• Strong planning, project‑management and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Detail‑oriented with superior organisational capabilities.
• Team‑player who can collaborate effectively with global teams.
