General Manager – Luxury Beach Resort

About the role

We are seeking an accomplished resort leader to shape the guest experience, strengthen operational and financial performance, and inspire a high‑performing team at one of Nassau’s most distinctive beachfront destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the resort’s strategic direction while building a culture centered on service, accountability, collaboration and associate engagement.
• Provide visible leadership across rooms, food & beverage, recreation, spa, entertainment, sales, revenue management, finance, engineering, security and guest experience.
• Partner closely with ownership, corporate leadership and brand representatives to align priorities, communicate results and advance long‑term property goals.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, productivity and disciplined expense management while protecting the guest experience and brand promise.
• Develop a strong leadership bench through coaching, succession planning, performance management and clear expectations.
• Serve as a trusted ambassador for the resort with guests, associates, community partners, vendors and government stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in a large, full‑service resort or hotel environment.
• Proven track record of delivering financial performance and operational excellence.
• Ability to lead multi‑outlet operations including dining, bars, spa, water park, kids’ programming and marina.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ownership, corporate and brand partners.
• Caribbean or similar resort destination experience is strongly preferred.
