HVAC Technician

About the role

The HVAC Technician supports The Abaco Club and other Southworth‑managed homes and facilities by performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, and reporting on all heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning systems.

Key responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Technician and follow guidance from the Homeowner Services Manager.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual cleaning and servicing of HVAC equipment.
• Inspect existing HVAC systems for performance, safety and compliance.
• Install new HVAC units in club homes, external housing and facilities.
• Repair or replace components as needed and document all work.

Required profile

• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail for inspections and reporting.
• Willingness to work on‑site across multiple club locations.
