IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, solutions‑driven IT Support Engineer to manage and enhance our technology environment. The role spans IT administration, end‑user support, software development, and technical project coordination, requiring a blend of hands‑on troubleshooting and software engineering expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, workstations, cloud environments and business applications.
• Administer user accounts, access permissions and security policies across all systems.
• Monitor system performance, backups, disaster‑recovery processes and conduct regular audits.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, resolve connectivity, application and access issues, and support onboarding/offboarding.
• Deliver training on V2 Cloud, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and other corporate tools.
• Design, develop, test and maintain internal software tools and automation scripts.
• Implement automation through scripts, workflows and integrations while maintaining version control.
• Support production deployments, monitoring and post‑release issue resolution.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software licensing and IT services.
• Participate in technical project planning, tracking and execution.
