Maintenance & Parts Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented Maintenance & Parts Coordinator to support our maintenance department. The role works closely with the Director of Maintenance, Chief Inspector, technicians, and flight crews to keep maintenance information, purchasing, and administrative activities organized and moving efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Source aircraft parts, request vendor quotes, and track availability and delivery timelines.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate purchasing through the company’s approval process.
• Maintain organized purchase orders, work orders, vendor correspondence, and departmental records.
• Follow up on outstanding parts orders, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector.
• Communicate with vendors, flight crews, and technicians to support maintenance scheduling and operational needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in administration, purchasing, logistics or maintenance support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
• Aviation experience and familiarity with aircraft maintenance terminology, parts sourcing, or maintenance tracking software are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
