Pension & Benefits Delivery Administrator – Caribbean

About the role

You will support the Senior Manager in delivering an excellent employee and retiree experience for pension and benefits plans across the Caribbean region. The role involves end‑to‑end administration of retirement packages, group insurance, uniform programs and other employee services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enrollment, termination, vendor payments and reconciliation for group insurance benefits.
• Conduct consultations with pension plan members to explain retirement options and entitlements.
• Coordinate employee service‑recognition gifts, including communications and stakeholder liaison.
• Review and verify pension estimates, retirement packages and benefits requests (e.g., RESSOP, Butterfield Administration).
• Ensure supplier risk assessments are up to date and meet third‑party risk requirements.
• Administer HR operations, invoice verification, records management and other operational initiatives.
• Provide subject‑matter advice to employees, retirees, HR partners and vendors.
• Maintain regular reports to monitor service‑level agreements and audit controls.
• Support annual projects such as IAS 19, Mercer & PWC audits and participate in HR program change implementations.

Required profile

• BSc in Management, Human Resource Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Functional expertise in pension and benefits administration.
• Experience working with Workday.
