Road Tanker Wagon (RTW) Driver

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Road Tanker Wagon (RTW) Driver to safely transport fuels from Clifton Pier Terminal to various sites across Nassau. You will be responsible for loading, delivering, and off‑loading fuel while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑shift vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, bonded, and equipped with functional hoses and connections.
• Load the correct fuel type and quantity, complete Safe Discharge Certificates, and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Accurately record trip details, including loading, travel, maintenance, and drop times.
• Collect and reconcile cheques at delivery sites and return documentation to the depot.
• Practice defensive driving to achieve zero accidents caused by the driver.
• Respond to fire or spill emergencies and participate in safety drills.
• Attend training, safety meetings, and incident investigations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education with basic literacy and numeracy.
• 3–5 years incident‑free experience driving tractor‑trailers or heavy trucks.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow HSSE procedures.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
