Road Tanker Wagon (RTW) Driver

About the role

We are looking for a Road Tanker Wagon (RTW) Driver to safely load, transport and off‑load fuels to various sites in Nassau. The role involves operating company vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing professional service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑shift vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Load fuel safely, ensuring the vehicle is bonded, compartment empty and correct fuel type/quantity is used.
• Complete daily trip logs, Safe Discharge Certificates and any Unsatisfactory Delivery Condition reports.
• Collect and verify payment cheques at delivery sites.
• Respond to fire or spill emergencies and participate in safety drills.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and sufficient fuel for journeys.
• Attend training, safety meetings and contribute to incident investigations.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education with basic literacy and numeracy.
• 3‑5 years incident‑free driving experience with tractor‑trailer or heavy‑governor vehicles.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow HSSE procedures.

• Vehicle inspection and maintenance reporting.
• Fuel handling and safe discharge certification.
