Cashier & Sales Associate – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Cashier & Sales Associate to join our retail team in Nassau. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth checkout experience while promoting our product range.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
• Assist customers, answer product queries and recommend items.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and restock merchandise as needed.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to upselling initiatives.
• Handle cash and perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cashier, retail or customer‑service roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, honest, dependable and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
