Destination Attendant – Guest Services & Cleaning

About the role

The Destination Attendant ensures that Princess Cays – a Carnival‑owned resort – remains clean, safe and welcoming for guests and staff. Working on‑site, you will maintain public areas, dining spaces, restrooms and outdoor facilities while providing friendly assistance to visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of all assigned indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company and environmental guidelines.
• Restock sanitary stations with tissues, hand towels, soap and other guest necessities.
• Operate and maintain cleaning machinery, ensuring proper use and safety.
• Support stateroom cleaning and other cross‑trained duties as needed.
• Report maintenance, safety or service issues promptly to management.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift equipment.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies.
