Guest Services Attendant – Beach & Rental Support

About the role

The Guest Services Attendant ensures an exceptional guest experience at Celebration Key, assisting visitors with beach equipment, rentals, and information. The role involves direct interaction with guests, safety oversight, and equipment management.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with rental equipment, beach setup, umbrellas, chairs, and aquatic gear.
• Provide safety instructions, ensure life‑vest use, monitor rental time limits and safe water zones.
• Set up and break down beach toys and gear, clean and sanitize equipment daily.
• Report inventory, damage and repair needs at the end of each ship day.
• Guide guests in and out of the water using launch lanes and assist with beach clean‑up.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer‑service education is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service or hospitality role.
• Ability to speak, read and write English clearly and cordially.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in changing climate conditions.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
