Housekeeping Attendant – Princess Cay – Bahamas

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant ensures a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff at the Princess Cay resort. This role involves maintaining public spaces, dining areas, restrooms, lounges and employee work areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and deep‑cleaning of all assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, furniture and equipment.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company and environmental guidelines.
• Replenish sanitary stations with tissues, hand towels, soap and other guest necessities.
• Handle, label and store cleaning chemicals safely, and operate cleaning machinery efficiently.
• Assist with grounds upkeep and outdoor area maintenance as needed.
• Support stateroom cleaning and service coverage through cross‑training.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly to management.
• Uphold company, environmental and safety policies, and follow dress‑code and professional conduct standards.
