Operations Coordinator - Events

About the role

Concepts is seeking a highly organized, proactive and dependable Operations Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a major event taking place in Nassau this December. You’ll work closely with the event producer and serve as a key point of support across event logistics, vendor and partner coordination, documentation, scheduling and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, task lists, deadlines and follow‑ups
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, sponsors and event partners
• Source and organize vendor quotations and assist with event logistics
• Track contracts, invoices, payments and supporting documentation
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, action items and reminders
• Support sponsor and partner deliverables
• Assist with talent travel and hospitality logistics as required
• Support venue, production, security, staffing and transportation coordination
• Provide hands‑on support during event setup, execution and breakdown
• Assist with post‑event reconciliation and project closeout
