Public Area Attendant

About the role

The Public Area Attendant ensures that all public spaces of The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas, are clean, tidy, and meet the brand’s high standards of luxury hospitality. This position involves daily upkeep of guest‑facing areas to create a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Remove trash, vacuum, dust, and clean all office areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain the lobby, front desk, and lobby restrooms throughout the day.
• Perform routine cleaning of public corridors, lounges, and other guest areas.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and report any maintenance issues.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced resort environment.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards.
