Restaurant Server – Guest Service & Order Management

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join our dining team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile, seat them promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, often using a POS system.
• Relay orders efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.
• Assist with cash and card transactions, process payments and provide correct change.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness of utensils and workspaces.
• Support special events or large group setups as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash‑handling abilities.
• Ability to memorize menu items and make recommendations.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
• Teamwork, multitasking, and a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous food‑service experience preferred but not mandatory.
