About the role

The Scrum Master supports the development team and product owner in delivering incremental value each sprint. They ensure Scrum practices are followed, remove impediments, and create a safe environment for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and coach high‑performing, self‑organising teams.
• Strengthen teams' understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.
• Align team actions with project goals and vision.
• Promote transparency across Business and IT and foster trust.
• Identify trade‑offs between short‑ and long‑term benefits to support shared vision.

Required profile

• Experienced in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and protecting the team from external distractions.
• Proactive in removing impediments and driving continuous improvement.
• Ability to foster a learning environment where teams inspect and adapt.
