Technical Account Coordinator

About the role

The Technical Account Coordinator will act as the bridge between Kemis Group’s development teams and its clients. Based in Nassau or Freeport on a hybrid schedule, you will translate technical concepts such as databases, authentication, deployment and system integrations into clear, actionable information for non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client relationship once a project is scoped, coordinating progress with developers and delivering regular updates.
• Document client requests, decisions and timelines, ensuring all parties have a shared understanding.
• Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
• Facilitate smooth hand‑offs between client expectations and development execution.

Required profile

• Technical degree (e.g., computer science, information systems) or equivalent experience in agency account management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to explain technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client engagements independently.
• Experience tracking deliverables, timelines and documentation across active projects.
