About the role

Our client seeks an experienced Watersports Leader to manage daily watersports operations on an exclusive ultra‑high‑net‑worth private island. You will deliver safe, seamless and highly personalized watersports experiences while ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily watersports activities, guaranteeing safe and professional operations at all times.
• Deliver engaging, tailored watersports experiences that match each guest’s preferences and abilities.
• Maintain, inspect and document boats, watercraft, equipment and safety gear to exceptional standards.
• Conduct regular equipment checks, identify mechanical issues early and perform basic repairs or adjustments.
• Coordinate and supervise a range of motorised and non‑motorised watersports activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maritime regulations.
• Work closely with other island teams to provide a seamless overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in watersports leadership, marine recreation or a similar operational role.
• Strong practical knowledge of watersports equipment, boats and related safety procedures.
• Hands‑on experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and basic mechanical repairs.
• Relevant watersports, boating, maritime or lifesaving certifications appropriate to the supervised activities.
• Excellent communication, guest‑focused attitude and ability to work independently.
