Yacht Agent – Bahamas Operations

About the role

Acquera Yachting Group is seeking a dynamic Yacht Agent to join its Bahamas operation, based in Nassau. You will be the primary point of contact for yacht captains, crew, owners and guests, ensuring seamless shoreside support throughout the archipelago.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate yacht arrivals, departures and port calls across The Bahamas.
• Facilitate customs, immigration, port clearances and manage vessel documentation.
• Arrange berthing, anchorage, fuel, provisioning, transportation and other vessel requirements.
• Provide guest and crew services such as transfers, reservations, excursions, courier services and medical assistance.
• Maintain relationships with marinas, government authorities, suppliers and service providers.
• Source quotations, monitor operational expenses and assist with client billing and disbursement documentation.
• Respond promptly to operational changes, urgent requests and unforeseen circumstances.

Required profile

• Professional, polished and highly service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions‑focused, able to handle multiple vessels and priorities.
• Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Bahamian citizenship or legal authorization to work in The Bahamas.
