Credit TRX Analyst

About the role

The Credit TRX Analyst is responsible for facilitating collections of assigned accounts receivable, providing financial and analytical information to internal teams, and managing credit risk in line with company guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review assigned customers’ account status regularly to ensure timely payment.
• Manage credit hold policy, approving or declining order releases based on payment performance.
• Communicate with Marketing Associates, District Sales Managers and Account Executives on account status.
• Research and resolve account disputes, rejected payments, and past‑due balances.
• Recommend potential bad‑debt accounts to management.
• Oversee customer claims process and ensure credits are processed within 30 days.
• Prepare journal entries for month‑end close and complete related tasks accurately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Accounting or related quantitative field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit/collections or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with a 10‑key calculator.
