Global Contract Life and Wellness Coach (Bahamian Creole Speaking)

About the role

Spring Health is seeking experienced life and wellness coaches who speak Bahamian Creole to join its remote coaching network. As a 1099 contractor, you will deliver personalized coaching sessions via video or phone to members across a range of Caribbean and Latin American locations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured life and wellness coaching sessions for adult clients, focusing on stress, relationships, career, health, and personal development.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar of availability and record session notes promptly.
• Collaborate with Spring Health’s provider support, clinical navigation, and administrative teams as needed.
• Provide culturally competent, inclusive care that respects diverse backgrounds.

Required profile

• Active credential with ICF (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or NBC‑HWC certification.
• Fluent in Bahamian Creole and English.
• Ability to work remotely from any of the listed eligible countries.
• Strong commitment to client confidentiality and professional ethics.
