Registered Nurse – Resort Health Services

About the role

Club Med is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to join its resort team in San Salvador, The Bahamas. You will deliver comprehensive nursing care to guests and staff in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform health assessments, triage, and treat minor injuries and illnesses.
• Maintain accurate medical records, administer medications, and monitor patient recovery.
• Coordinate emergency care with local medical providers and support public‑health initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, health‑safety, and infection‑control regulations.

Required profile

• Valid RN license with eligibility to practice in The Bahamas or ability to obtain local registration.
• Experience in acute, emergency, or occupational/clinic nursing, preferably in hospitality or remote settings.
• Strong assessment, triage and clinical decision‑making abilities, especially in emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with guests and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Required skills

• CPR/BLS certification.
• ACLS or other advanced emergency certifications (advantageous).
