About the role
A full-time Houseman position in Nassau, Bahamas, within the housekeeping sector. The role covers thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas and equipment, and supporting room attendants with linens and towels.
Key responsibilities
- Strip check-out rooms within 5 minutes.
- Transport linens to the laundry chute four times a day as required.
- Clean ceiling fans, mirrors, frames, TV and dressers, leaving them dust-free.
- Clean sliding doors so the glass is smudge-free and the tracks are free of sand and dirt.
- Clean thoroughly behind and under movable furniture.
- Supply room attendants with the linens and towels they need.
- Clean hallways, including chair rails, baseboards, window sills and blinds, leaving them dust-free.
- Clean the ice machine area.
- Hoop (vacuum) carpets in hallways twice a day.
