Inventory & Online Sales Associate

About the role

The Inventory & Online Sales Associate turns stock into online sales, handling everything from receiving merchandise to publishing product pages and fulfilling orders. You will work closely with the Product Publishing Supervisor and help set up a new inventory system.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unbox, sort and condition‑check stock, reporting any damaged or incomplete items.
• Tag and re‑tag every item with price tags, labels and barcodes, updating them as needed.
• Count and record stock in Odoo, ensuring accurate quantities and locations.
• Assist in reorganising the stock room and shop floor to match the new layout.
• Photograph each product to studio standards and write web titles and details for online publishing.
• Pick, pack and ship online orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain a tidy stock room and shop floor, performing recounts when requested.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the Bahamas.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to follow set procedures consistently.
• Comfortable using a smartphone camera and a computer for product photography and data entry.
• Good written English for clear product titles and descriptions.
• Physical ability to lift boxes and work from a ladder safely.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo inventory system (or willingness to be trained).
• Basic photography skills for product imaging.
• Familiarity with tagging, labeling and barcoding processes.
