About the role

A modern travel planning company that curates hotel and resort stays for its clients is looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Online Hotel and Resort Reservationist. This is an entry-level, fully remote position with no previous industry experience required; you will help clients with hotel research, reservations and travel support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking hotels and resorts for personal and group travel
• Research and recommend accommodations based on client preferences
• Confirm reservations and provide clients with booking details and documentation
• Handle questions, special requests and reservation changes professionally
• Learn to navigate booking platforms and supplier tools efficiently
• Provide customer service by phone, email and messaging platforms
• Stay informed about destination trends, hotel features and travel promotions

Required profile

• No prior travel industry experience required; training is provided
• Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and a stable internet connection
• Passion for travel and helping others
