Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Private Destinations)

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead strategic sourcing for Private Destinations across entry‑level and functional roles. Based in Nassau, Bahamas, you will ensure the right talent is available at the right time while supporting a world‑class vacation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Build talent pipelines using social media, job boards, niche sites and internal ATS/CRM.
• Create candidate pipelines ahead of demand and manage real‑time requisitions.
• Collaborate with recruiters to shape market strategies, share insights and provide competitive intelligence.
• Partner with hiring managers to maintain strong relationships and support inbound sourcing.
• Assist with recruitment marketing, events and candidate application support.
• Maintain Smartsheet trackers and meet operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in talent acquisition for a global or reputable organization.
• Proficiency with computers, internet, HRIS, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment marketing.
• Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, talent pool management and applicable employment laws.
