Warehouse Attendant - Half Moon Cay, Bahamas

About the role

A Warehouse Attendant ensures the smooth operation of warehouse activities at one or more Carnival Corporation-owned and operated global destination, such as Half Moon Cay in the Bahamas. The role manages the flow of materials, keeps the workspace orderly and helps maintain accurate records so that inventory is properly maintained and products are available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Inventory management: monitor stock levels regularly, conduct stock takes and cycle counts, audit incoming materials against purchase orders, and prepare inventory reports.
• Warehouse operations: assist with unloading containers, sorting and receiving deliveries, stocking shelves and keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well organised.
• Procurement and coordination: help identify supply needs, source items and work with staff, management and vendors to procure materials on time.
• Compliance and support: follow environmental, safety and company policies, and carry out other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in inventory management or a related field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in a hospitality or resort environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, techniques and systems.
• Fluent spoken and written English; able to give and receive instructions and communicate with guests, managers and colleagues.
• Physically fit, able to lift at least 10 pounds, work outdoors and stand for long periods; may work a shift schedule.
