About the role
Deloitte Bahamas is launching a graduate program for 2026/2027 candidates. Selected graduates will join one of the service lines – Audit & Assurance, Consulting, or Tax & Legal – and start contributing to client projects from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to identify business risks and recommend process improvements.
- Review financial data, support audit engagements, and assist in consulting assignments.
- Leverage new tools and technologies to deliver high‑quality client solutions.
- Build professional relationships with clients and Deloitte teams.
- Participate in well‑being, sustainability, and community initiatives aligned with Deloitte’s values.
Required profile
- Graduating in 2026 or recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in accounting, business, economics, finance, or mathematics) from an accredited university.
- Strong academic record and demonstrated analytical ability.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and initiative.
