Senior Vice President, Hospitality Asset Management (Caribbean)

About the role

The Senior Vice President, Hospitality Asset Management will lead the ownership side of a diversified hospitality portfolio across luxury hotels, resorts, residences and food‑and‑beverage operations in the Caribbean. Reporting to the COO, this executive will be the primary liaison with global brands, operators and investors to drive long‑term value and guest‑experience excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior ownership representative for the global hospitality portfolio, overseeing hotels, resorts, residences, F&B and future developments.
• Develop and execute asset‑management strategies that maximise asset value, profitability, cash flow, brand strength and investment returns.
• Set rigorous performance expectations across financial, operational, commercial, brand and guest‑experience metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel brands, management companies, development partners and other strategic stakeholders.
• Review and challenge operating plans, budgets, forecasts and commercial strategies to ensure alignment with ownership objectives.
• Identify and lead initiatives such as repositioning, renovation, redevelopment, operational improvements and new investments to enhance asset value.
• Provide ownership leadership for high‑value capital‑expenditure programmes and oversee their execution.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in hospitality asset management, hotel operations or related fields.
• Proven track record of delivering financial performance and value creation for luxury hotel and resort portfolios.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing senior teams and multiple direct reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with global hotel brands, investors and development partners.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable asset‑management plans.
