About the role

The Business Development Partner will work on-site in Nassau, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering leadership development and training sessions.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Experience in leadership development and training focused on attitude and behavioral change.
• Background in applied leadership styles, human resources management, and organizational culture.
• Skills in project management and consulting to design effective strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze organizational needs and propose result‑driven solutions.
• Previous experience in client‑focused roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
