About the role

Deloitte Bahamas is offering co‑op internship positions for Bahamian university students during the 2026/2027 academic year. The program provides hands‑on experience across audit, assurance, consulting, and tax services while you continue your studies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data and prepare work papers or deliverables for client engagements.
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Support the development of innovative solutions for Deloitte’s clients.
• Participate in Deloitte’s well‑being initiatives and community events.
• Collaborate with senior associates and virtual interns across the Caribbean and Bermuda network.

Required profile

• At least one academic year completed at an accredited college or university.
• Strong academic performance (GPA 3.2 or higher preferred).
• Enrollment at The University of The Bahamas.
• Interest in accounting, finance, business management, information technology, or related fields.
• Ability to upload a recent transcript and BGCSE results (if applicable).
