Senior Audit Associate – Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction

About the role

Join EY's Financial Services Office as a Senior Audit Associate focused on Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction clients. You will work with multidisciplinary teams worldwide, delivering high‑quality audit services and adding value beyond regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide audit services, advising on the validity of financial statements and business‑critical information.
• Participate in fieldwork, monitor engagement status, and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Identify and address accounting and auditing issues, applying complex concepts to client situations.
• Supervise planning, execution, and reporting of audits performed under U.S. GAAS, U.S. GAAP or foreign equivalents.
• Offer technical guidance and share knowledge with team members of diverse backgrounds.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or related field with 2 + years experience, or Master’s degree with 1 + year experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in engagement management, execution and client relationship building within asset management, insurance, banking/capital markets, or Real Estate/Hospitality/Construction sectors.
• Experience supervising audit engagements and reporting on financial statements.
