About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our high‑luxury fashion retail team. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and representing the brand in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Provide outstanding customer service, focusing on acquisition and retention.
• Assess customer needs quickly and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, promotions, and inventory.
• Manage the full sales process from greeting to closing.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory management and follow POS procedures.
