Kids For All Seasons Attendant

About the role

The Kids For All Seasons Attendant supervises and leads children’s programs at The Ocean Club, a Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas, ensuring a safe, fun, and high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise children to ensure personal safety during all activities.
• Deliver creative, fun, and exciting experiences across outdoor activities, swimming, arts & crafts, technology, reading and more.
• Maintain accurate attendance sheets and complete all required paperwork daily.
• Manage supplies, distribute lunches/snacks, and uphold cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Communicate any issues to management and contribute ideas for new programs.

Required profile

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Service‑oriented attitude and ability to engage children positively.
• Legal ability to work in the Bahamas without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Ability to follow safety procedures when using equipment and supplies.
• Experience leading recreational and interpretive programs for children.
