About the role
Aeromexico is seeking an Airport Manager to oversee flight operations at a local station, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead both above‑wing and below‑wing teams to coordinate daily ground operations and flight handling.
- Monitor compliance with company safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all airport activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in airline ground operations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven team‑leadership abilities and strong prioritization skills.
