About the role
Aeromexico is seeking a Duty Manager to ensure smooth airport operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on maintaining punctuality, service quality, and safety compliance across ground operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily airport ground operations to meet established punctuality targets.
- Ensure compliance with Aeromexico’s safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor service quality and address any operational issues promptly.
- Lead and coordinate the ground operations team to achieve efficiency goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ground operations.
- Strong organizational, data‑driven and compliance‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication in English and Spanish.
Required skills
- Familiarity with airline ground operations processes.
