Consultant - Technology & Transformation

About the role

Deloitte is hiring a Consultant for its Technology & Transformation team in The Bahamas. You will support the day-to-day delivery of consulting engagements, applying relevant methodologies and tools, collaborating across teams and building your expertise while pursuing a relevant professional designation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify key client issues, diagnose problems and develop solutions
• Research and document findings, analysis and recommendations that support clients' business strategies
• Learn and leverage tools and new technologies
• Build analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Take part in well-being and sustainability initiatives and social and community events

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification such as ACCA
• Progress towards an internationally recognized professional designation relevant to the consulting focus area, with completion or near-completion preferred (e.g. PMP, CAPM, SHRM-CP, ACCA)
• At least one year of relevant work experience, including co-op or internship experience

Required skills

• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and consulting tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, attention to detail and a client-service mindset
