Customer Service / Sales Agent - Marine Charters

About the role

Born Free Charters Company Limited is a marine and tourism-focused organization based in Nassau, offering charter services to local and international customers. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service / Sales Agent who will work closely with guests to create memorable trips and excursions, from leisure outings to special events.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and respond to inquiries in person, by phone and electronically.
• Provide detailed information on available charter services, pricing and booking options.
• Handle reservations, process payments and prepare documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure customers understand safety procedures and service terms.
• Promote services, follow up on leads, support sales campaigns and coordinate with operations staff to confirm schedules and special requests.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, tourism or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, tourism or marine services is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Well-groomed appearance.
