Sales Associate - High Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

A high-luxury fashion retailer is looking for a driven, goal-oriented Sales Associate for a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, a proven sales track record and the determination to exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas
• Deliver exceptional customer service focused on client acquisition and retention
• Assess customer needs quickly and recommend suitable products and options
• Stay fully informed on all products and promotions
• Own the sales process from greeting to closing
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and urgency
• Support inventory management and follow POS procedures

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales experience (retail preferred)
• High school diploma required
• Proficiency in English and basic math
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
• Bahamian citizenship or legal residency in the Bahamas only

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations
• Negotiation, persuasion and upselling
• Clear verbal and written communication, time management and organisation
